Knowledge • AI • Operations
I build systems that make complicated work clearer, easier to use, and built to last.
Understand the system.
Create structure.
Make it useful.
What I bring
The work changes. The underlying pattern doesn’t: understand what matters, create structure, and build something people can actually use.
Turning information into knowledge people can find, trust, understand, and use.
Using AI to reduce cognitive overhead and improve real work—not simply because it is fashionable.
Finding unnecessary complexity, understanding why it exists, and designing a better way forward.
Creating clarity across teams, priorities, systems, and change.
Selected work
Evidence of a consistent approach across knowledge, operations, technology, and financial controls.
From an overloaded content repository to a searchable Zendesk ecosystem supporting approximately 4,000 employees.
Reporting, decision criteria, customer safeguards, and a sustainable handoff for a long-running account cleanup.
A digital workflow that preserved the familiar frontline experience while modernizing everything behind it.
Permission design and leadership verification that preserved service needs while improving financial control.
Connecting organizational context, task tracking, and dashboards so AI can surface what matters and reduce what falls through the cracks.
Point of view
Processes accumulate exceptions. Knowledge fragments. Time gets scarce. People shouldn’t have to untangle the system just to do the work. I simplify what has become confusing, create structure where it’s missing, and build tools that carry more of the burden—so people can focus on what matters.
Beyond the résumé
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
At my core, I’m a helper. I inherited much of that instinct from my mother, whose example continues to shape how I show up for people and my community. It influences how I lead, how I build, and how I approach difficult work.
I’m a strategic thinker, a lifelong technologist, and someone energized by possibility. I love exploring what new tools can do—but people give the work its purpose. The best systems do more than function well; they make someone’s life clearer, easier, or more hopeful.
In the community
Community work is another expression of the same belief: listen to what people need, imagine what could be stronger, and help build the structure to move it forward.
Strengthening the organization’s technical and communications foundation while supporting community-driven philanthropy, civic engagement, and recognition of local service.
Founder & Communications Lead West Allis Resources for Independence, Stability, and Equity — WA-RISEHelping turn community conversations about homelessness into an organized coalition, a public presence, and coordinated support for neighbors experiencing housing instability.
